- Frequent groups: Five or six hours of talk therapy groups are held Monday through Friday. Process groups delve into topics like conflict resolution, communication skills, psychotherapy, and self-care.
- Evidence-based, trauma-informed care: These include DBT and CBT. Additionally, EMDR is offered for clients working to address trauma.
- Meditation: Meditation and mindfulness groups aim to help clients regulate emotions, reduce stress, and increase self-awareness.
- Gym visits and outdoor time: Members of the care team take clients to the gym at least three times per week. Groups also go on hikes so clients can spend time in nature.
- Weekend outings: On weekends, groups take trips to the aquarium, bowling alley, or other community attractions.
Developing your care plan
- Collaborative planning: On the first day of residential care, clients collaborate with the clinical team to create a personalized treatment plan.
- Therapist assignment: Clients are assigned a primary therapist who will work closely with them throughout their stay.
- Flexible stays: The minimum residential stay is 30 days, but this is flexible, and clients usually stay between 30 to 60 days.

Living experiences and amenities
- Home-like environment: Clients stay in a large home in a residential neighborhood. Bedrooms are usually shared with one or two peers, but private rooms are available for an additional fee.
