24/7 Crisis Stabilization in Lexington
Daymark Recovery Services – Facility Based Crisis provides 24/7 residential crisis stabilization for adults facing urgent substance use or mental health needs. The program offers immediate clinical access through a 24-hour crisis hotline and an on-site setting designed for close monitoring during the first steps of stabilization.
Medically Supervised Withdrawal Management and Medication Support
The program provides withdrawal management (detox) in a residential setting for alcohol, opioids, benzodiazepines, cocaine, and methamphetamines. Care includes medication adjustment and stabilization, medications for addiction treatment (MAT), and medications for mental health conditions when indicated, with testing and clinical monitoring to support safety during withdrawal and early recovery.
Counseling for Substance Use and Co-Occurring Needs
Treatment combines substance use disorder counseling with services that support co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Clients participate in individual and group counseling, trauma-related counseling, relapse prevention, brief interventions, and anger management, with telehealth therapy available as part of the service mix. The center also maintains a smoke-free and vape-free environment.
Discharge Planning and Practical Next-Step Connections
Daymark emphasizes next-step planning so clients leave with a clear path forward after stabilization. Services include discharge planning, aftercare coordination, and follow-up after discharge, along with overdose education and naloxone resources. Recovery support connects clients to self-help groups and case management, and the program offers links to practical community services such as housing support, employment assistance and training, and help accessing social services. Spanish language support, sign language services, physical accessibility, and LGBTQIA+ inclusive practices help more people navigate care during a crisis.
