Small, High-Intensity Residential Setting

Maple Manor is a non-hospital residential program for adults and young adults living with substance use disorders. The setting is intentionally small, which can make it easier to get to know peers and staff. The program offers clinically managed, high-intensity residential care with 24/7 support and a 1:2 staff-to-client ratio. Length of stay is variable rather than fixed, so clients can remain in treatment long enough to build stability before returning home.

Trauma-Informed, Co-Occurring, and Behavioral Care

Care is both evidence-based and trauma-informed. Treatment includes individual and group counseling, family and couples sessions, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, Matrix Model, relapse prevention, anger management, and 12-step meetings. The program is able to treat co-occurring disorders, with on-site consultation and prescribing to address mental health needs alongside substance use. Maple Manor also treats gambling and other addictions.

Holistic Wellness and Spiritual Support

Treatment is approached holistically, attending to physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Clients see a physician for primary health care and have access to a fully equipped fitness room, yoga groups, and nutrition consultations to rebuild strength and energy in recovery. Shared bedrooms, indoor lounges with sofas, and outdoor courtyards and pavilions create everyday spaces to relax, connect, or join recreational games. Spirituality is optional and supported through in-house groups and visits from community spiritual leaders, offering space to explore values and meaning without requiring any one belief system.

Family, Alumni, and Community

Family involvement is integrated through counseling, education sessions, and recovery-focused groups for loved ones, which aim to help repair relationships and keep support systems engaged. After residential treatment, the center provides an ongoing base for alumni through access to the fitness facility, sober social events, family-focused activities, telephone support, and recovery coaching for both individuals and families. Practical supports such as case management, transportation assistance, help securing housing, benefits navigation, domestic violence services, and employment assistance and training are available.
