Through a comprehensive residential program tailored specifically to women aged 18-30, clients receive a wealth of evidence-based therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), motivational interviewing, alongside group and individual therapy, and trauma-specific care.
Alternative holistic therapies feature animal-assisted therapy, equine therapy, yoga, nutritional therapy, psychotherapy, and adventure therapy with activities like rock climbing, hiking, and ropes courses.

12-step facilitation provides peer connection and a support network, medication-assisted treatment (MAT) with vivitrol provides support through detox under medical supervision
