Flexible and Accessible Programming

The center offers two primary levels of care: a partial hospitalization program (PHP) with full-day structure and an intensive outpatient program (IOP) designed to accommodate work, school, and family schedules. Evening and weekend IOP sessions expand access for those who need added flexibility, ensuring treatment can fit into daily life.

Evidence-Based and Holistic Therapies

Clinical approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization response EMDR, and deep brain reorienting (DBR) are combined with experiential and holistic therapies. Clients may engage in yoga, meditation, art and music therapy, recreation therapy, and nutritional counseling. Outdoor activities, fitness resources, and the presence of Luna, a certified therapy dog, further enhance the recovery environment by supporting both physical wellness and emotional connection.

Innovative and Culturally Grounded Options

Beyond standard therapies, Milestone offers medications for addiction treatment (MAT) and ketamine-assisted therapy for treatment-resistant depression, trauma, and PTSD. Indigenous recovery traditions, including the Red Road to Wellbriety program, add cultural depth to care. Case management, vocational support, peer mentoring, and alumni programming extend support beyond treatment, helping individuals sustain progress in their recovery journey.
