Restorative Coastal Setting
The outpatient center features garden areas, outdoor relaxation spaces, and calming natural light that invite reflection and rest between therapy sessions. This serene setting complements the program’s focus on mindfulness and helps women regulate stress in real time. Within this atmosphere of safety and compassion, clients learn to approach recovery not as a punishment or pause from life, but as an active, empowering process of rebuilding purpose, connection, and joy.
Whole-Person Healing for Women
The center provides trauma-informed, holistic care for women addressing substance use, trauma, and co-occurring mental health disorders. Evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) are blended with mind-body healing methods like yoga, art therapy, and breathwork. Designed by and for women, treatment helps clients learn to reconnect with themselves, release deep-seated trauma, and build new patterns of self-compassion and confidence.
Flexible, Structured Programs
Three levels of outpatient care — partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient therapy — are offered to meet women where they are in their recovery. PHP provides a full-day schedule of therapy, education, and holistic activities in a supportive setting. IOP and outpatient care offer flexible hours that fit around family, school, or work responsibilities. Each client participates in individual and group counseling, trauma-focused therapy, and holistic activities.
Integrated Holistic and Evidence-Based Care
Traditional talk therapy is complemented by holistic modalities that engage the whole person — mind, body, and spirit. Clients participate in yoga, reiki, meditation, and shamanic healing work that promote calm and nervous system regulation. Art and mindfulness-based therapies help women process trauma and emotions that are difficult to express verbally. Nutritional guidance and Ayurvedic coaching further reinforce physical and emotional balance.
Supportive Peer Community
Women build mutual support through group therapy and peer circles where experiences are met with understanding instead of judgment. The Sisterhood Circle alumni program offers continued support after discharge, including weekly meetings, retreats, and check-ins during the critical early stages of recovery. By maintaining relationships formed in treatment, women leave the program not only with coping tools and confidence, but with an active network of peers.
