Step-down outpatient treatment

Programs include partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and regular outpatient sessions. Clients can start in outpatient treatment, or step down from a residential facility. Individual, group, and family sessions address both substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns at once. Approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing. Medications for addiction treatment (MAT) can be prescribed for opioid and alcohol recovery when needed.

Holistic and experiential therapies

Treatment plans are customized to help clients stabilize and build coping skills to thrive in work, school, and family life. To complement evidence-based therapies, programs offer yoga, breathwork, and meditation, designed to help reduce anxiety and improve emotional regulation.
