Overview

Newport Academy in Santa Monica offers tailored care for teens between the ages of 13-18 years and of all sexual orientations and gender identities. Both Partial Hospitalization Program and an Intensive Outpatient Program are available to meet the academic needs of teens in school. Treatment for mental health and lack of self-esteem that underlies mental health conditions is also a hallmark of Newport Academy’s approach. This recovery center also offers a range of therapeutic and experiential activities, including improv theater, community service, horticulture therapy, Adventure Therapy, hiking excursion in the local coastal environment, and outdoor team challenges.
