Luxury addiction and mental health treatment for adults seeking personalized care in a small residential environment of approximately six clients. The facility focuses on long-term treatment as opposed to a standalone 30-day stay, and is designed around a 90-day treatment model that includes residential care, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), and sober living. Access to personal devices is available with approval. This facility accepts private insurance, TRICARE, SAMHSA funding, block grants, and self- pay options. Who is this facility a good fit for?

  • Best fit if: Adults who are looking for longer-term recovery; want access to multiple levels of care without changing providers; want a small treatment environment as opposed to a large campus; have co-occurring mental health concerns and want access to integrated psychiatric care; are interested in evidence-based and holistic programming; have families wanting to stay involved through visitation and communication; value a structured daily routine and scheduled downtime.

  • Not a fit if: Adults who are looking for a large residential community; want a self-directed treatment experience; seeking an entirely non-spiritual treatment experience; want a short detox stay without step-down care.

What to expect

Developing your care plan

  • Comprehensive assessment: Prior to treatment, clients undergo an in-depth psychiatric evaluation and clinical assessment. Clients in need of medically supervised detox will begin treatment for withdrawal management. The outcome of these assessments will guide a personalized care plan.
  • Planning for long-term recovery: Care plans are intended to support a client's entire recovery journey, including where they live after treatment, work, and family obligations, and whether PHP or supportive housing are recommended.

Who you will meet with

  • Clinical treatment team: Clinicians may include physician-led detox staff, a psychiatrist for medication management and psychiatric care, a primary therapist who develops and guides a client's personalized care plan, and group therapists who lead process and recovery skills groups.
  • Holistic wellness and recovery support: Holistic wellness facilitators lead experiential therapies intended to support emotional and physical well-being. Clients may also work with yoga instructors during mindfulness, breathwork, and meditation.

Typical schedule

  • Morning and midday: Mornings start off with spiritual reflections, a discussion of The Four Agreements, and gong meditation before breakfast. Clients then take part in a process group and recovery skills groups. During the day, clients attend individual therapy, complete clinical assignments, and break for lunch.
  • Afternoon and evenings: Afternoon programming may include experiential therapy, somatic groups, yoga, and art therapy. Evenings include dinner, followed by either a 12-Step or Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) meeting by a fire. Clients then have time to read, watch movies or television, and wind down before lights out at 10:30 p.m.
  • Evidence-based and holistic therapies: Clients may take part in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), neurofeedback, sound bath healing, and other holistic and evidence-based approaches. Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) may be available during outpatient care, if determined to be clinically appropriate.
  • Family involvement: Family can stay connected through weekend visitation, typically on Saturdays. Phones and other personal electronics are permitted on a limited basis to facilitate communication as well.

Living experiences and amenities

  • Residential setting and amenities: Clients share two-person bedrooms in a comfort-focused, home-like setting with chef-prepared meals. The environment is intended to be peaceful, and a pool is available for recreational downtime.

Aftercare

  • Continuum of care: Step-down care is available after residential treatment through PHP, IOP, outpatient treatment, and continuing care with the same therapist and psychiatrist.
  • Transition planning: Depending on a client's needs, they may transition to supportive housing, recovery communities, wellness-focused coaching, support groups, or other community resources.

Quality and Trust

A

Trust Score

A simple A–E grade that offers a quick view of how much confidence you might place in a facility—based on public and self-reported data. It’s not a guarantee of quality or outcomes, but a data-informed tool to help guide your search. More on our methodology.

The Joint Commission

The Joint Commission is one of the most trusted names in healthcare. If a rehab center has this accreditation, it means they meet strong national standards for safety, treatment quality, and staff training.

Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities

CARF reviews rehab programs to make sure they provide respectful, effective, and personalized care. For addiction treatment, CARF uses standards developed with the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM), so this accreditation shows the program follows trusted, evidence-based guidelines for treating substance use.

SAMHSA-certified Opioid Treatment Program

This is a federal certification for programs that offer medication like methadone or buprenorphine to treat opioid addiction. It means the center is legally approved to provide this care, follows strict safety rules, and combines medication with counseling to support long-term recovery.
