Upscale, Boutique Facility with Healing Amenities

The center’s luxurious environment is designed for tranquility in a boutique, six-bed facility. Clients stay in private or shared rooms and enjoy a sauna, meditation spaces, outdoor lounges, gardens, and walking paths. A fitness center is available onsite for daily exercise, and massage therapy is offered to help clients unwind. All of these amenities combine to create a peaceful space for healing.

Integrated Holistic and Spiritual Care

Evidence-based and spiritually-conscious practices are interwoven to support whole-person healing. The care team leads clients in trauma-informed therapy, including eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), alongside spiritual counseling, meditation, and yoga. Clients can also participate in Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and Narcotics Anonymous (NA) 12-step groups. This integrated model helps individuals explore recovery through both emotional and spiritual lenses, offering a framework that acknowledges past trauma while building long-term resilience.

Advanced Brain-Based Therapies

As part of the treatment process, staff use a range of brain-focused techniques. These include brainspotting to assess neural activity, neurofeedback to help retrain unhealthy brain patterns, and TMS to focus treatment on specific brain regions. These non-invasive therapies can help clients address trauma, improve emotional regulation, reduce cravings, and enhance focus.

Full Continuum of Care and Continuous Support

The center offers a full continuum of care with smooth transitions between levels, from inpatient to outpatient. Virtual treatment options are available for clients who prefer flexible access to outpatient treatment from home. Each care stage is designed to build on the last, with consistent therapeutic support and case management. After residential treatment, clients are provided with aftercare plans that include relapse prevention, access to alumni support groups, and continued therapy.

Experiential Therapies and Rejuvenating Activities

Clients participate in expressive and experiential therapies including art, music, and equine therapy, all of which can help support emotional processing, soothe trauma responses, and encourage self-expression. Activities like hiking, yoga, gardening, and life skills coaching help relieve stress, build confidence, and foster healthy daily routines. These hands-on approaches help clients reconnect with themselves and others.

Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities

CARF reviews rehab programs to make sure they provide respectful, effective, and personalized care.
