Integrated Treatment for Mind and Body

Heal Recovery Center provides comprehensive, evidence-based care for adults experiencing substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges. Clinical approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, relapse prevention, trauma-related counseling, anger management, contingency management, and 12-step facilitation. Psychiatric and medical staff deliver assessments, medication management, and medications for addiction treatment (MAT), including naltrexone and medications for alcohol use disorder. The center also supports clients who are prescribed MAT through external providers.

Structured Intensive Outpatient Program with Housing Support

The center also offers a three-phase intensive outpatient program (IOP) with an optional housing component for individuals addressing both recovery and housing instability. In the initial phase, clients engage in daily therapeutic groups, psychiatric services, and individualized counseling. Later phases introduce part-time and full-time employment or vocational programming, paired with continued therapy and case management. This phased structure supports accountability, stability, and readiness for independent living.

Practical Skill Building and Whole-Person Wellness

Programming at Heal Recovery Center emphasizes recovery through everyday skills and creative expression. Clients build life skills such as cooking, budgeting, and cleaning while participating in vocational training and job readiness support. Art and music therapy enrich treatment, while health-focused offerings like fitness, nutrition, and meditation promote overall wellness. Weekly community outings encourage clients to rediscover connection and enjoyment in recovery.

Access, Inclusion, and Ongoing Support

To reduce barriers to care, Heal Recovery Center provides transportation assistance, case management, peer mentoring, recovery coaching, and aftercare follow-up. Clients also have access to social service coordination and housing support. The facility welcomes young adults, adults, and older adults, including veterans and individuals with trauma or co-occurring conditions. Services are available across outpatient, partial hospitalization, and 24-hour residential settings. Smoking and vaping are permitted in designated areas, and sign language services ensure accessibility for clients who are deaf or hard of hearing.
