Community Health Resources – Putnam Pathways/New Life offers adults evidence-based care for substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns in both residential and outpatient settings. Programs blend behavioral therapy, psychiatric support, and medications for addiction treatment (MAT), helping clients address underlying issues and build resilience in recovery.

Gender-Responsive, Trauma-Informed Care

The facility provides intensive outpatient programs (IOP) for men and women, offering safe, supportive spaces to address trauma, relationships, and mental health. Therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, relapse prevention, and 12-step facilitation are delivered through individualized and group sessions that promote emotional stability and long-term healing.

Recovery with Structure and Support

Residents and outpatients receive holistic wraparound care including life skills education, anger management, acupuncture, and medication management. Case managers help coordinate care, while access to transportation, spiritual support, and vocational services reduces barriers to recovery. Clients also receive naloxone education, aftercare planning, and ongoing follow-up to support sustained progress.
