Comfortable, Supportive Space for Healing

An intimate, gender-responsive environment designed to foster emotional safety, connection, and rest—especially for clients processing trauma or who may not feel at ease in mixed-gender settings. Accommodating up to six women, the residential program takes place in a home-like setting that promotes comfort and calm. Chef-prepared meals and designated spaces for movement support clients’ physical and emotional wellbeing throughout their stay.

Recovery Through Clinical and Holistic Practices

Clients receive care from experienced clinicians trained in modalities such as eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR)and Recovery-Oriented Cognitive Therapy (CT-R). These approaches are applied with a trauma-informed lens, allowing care to adapt to each client’s needs rather than follow a one-size-fits-all model. Mindfulness and meditation further support the mind-body connection, helping clients build grounding skills and emotional resilience alongside clinical treatment.

Integrating Peer Support Into Recovery

Clients participate in group sessions and share common living spaces, which encourages peer support and social learning. Outings to local parks, museums, bowling, and golfing offer opportunities to practice new coping skills in real-world settings and strengthen social confidence. For individuals struggling with isolation or relationship challenges, these shared experiences can be essential steps in building trust and community.

What Patients Say

Clients generally describe the facility as clean, welcoming, and peaceful, with staff who are compassionate and deeply invested in their wellbeing. Reviews consistently highlight the sense of safety and individualized care. However, some clients have noted that discharge and aftercare planning can feel less robust compared to the quality of residential services. This is something potential clients and families may wish to explore further with staff during the admissions process.
