Helping Girls Transition from Crisis to Communities

The facility provides licensed 24/7 residential care for girls ages 10–17 who are transitioning from a behavioral health crisis or hospital stay. Care is trauma-informed and includes substance use treatment when needed, education, and structured life-skills training. Therapeutic approaches include dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). The residential setting combines clinical support with a safe and structured environment where girls can stabilize and prepare for a successful return to school, family, and their communities.

Helping Adolescents Change Their Behavior for the Better

Outpatient services support boys and girls ages 10–24 who are stepping down from higher levels of care or seeking ongoing therapeutic support. Programming includes individual and family therapy, as well as behavior coaching. Outpatient services emphasize practical, goal-oriented interventions that reinforce coping skills and support long-term stability.

Helping Young Women Achieve Independence

The UPLIFT program offers permanent supportive housing for young women ages 18–25. Participants receive coaching in day-to-day living skills, financial management, and job readiness, along with counseling and ongoing support. The program was designed for women who may have exited foster care, be parenting on their own, or lack a stable support system.
