Peer-Guided Residential Treatment for Men

This men-only residential treatment center has only 32 beds, allowing for focused individual attention from care staff, who are on-campus 24/7. The center offers a structured, peer-supported environment. The facility emphasizes stability, routine, and connection, key components for individuals navigating addiction, trauma, or life transitions. Weekly family involvement and thorough discharge planning help clients build lasting support networks and transition smoothly into aftercare.

Right Track: Recovery in a Supportive Setting

The primary residential program at Midtown, known as Right Track, combines evidence-based therapy, peer mentorship, and education on mental and emotional health. Men typically stay for between 14 and 90 days. Clients receive individualized assessments and attend daily therapeutic groups focused on relapse prevention, coping strategies, anger management, and conflict resolution. They also participate in 12-Step meetings and SMART Recovery groups. This program is designed for men seeking a fresh start, including veterans, individuals reentering the community after incarceration, and those struggling with chronic relapse or complex trauma.

Home-Like Amenities and Community Resources

The campus features fully furnished shared rooms, a courtyard for social gatherings, and a commercial kitchen with chef-prepared meals. The facility includes free laundry, a library, a community TV room, and access to a computer for job searches. Transportation assistance is available, and Spanish-language services are offered. Facility phones are accessible during scheduled times.

Accessible, Affordable, and Inclusive

State-funded coverage is accepted, with scholarship support available for those without active insurance. As a licensed nonprofit provider, the center maintains a mission to make treatment accessible, regardless of income or background. The campus also serves men with co-occurring mental health or chronic pain conditions, those who have experienced intimate partner violence, and individuals living with HIV or hepatitis C.
