Clients receive medical monitoring from licensed physicians and nurses, along with comprehensive evaluation and clinical services in a residential setting. Withdrawal management supports detox from alcohol and other drugs, including opioids, stimulants, and benzodiazepines, with medications used as part of withdrawal protocols when clinically appropriate.

Federally Certified Opioid Treatment Program With Medication Support

This location operates as a federally certified opioid treatment program (OTP) and offers medications for addiction treatment (MAT) as part of care. Services include methadone maintenance, buprenorphine maintenance, and relapse prevention support with naltrexone, including extended-release injectable forms. The program also provides medically supervised withdrawal after stabilization and uses withdrawal medications such as clonidine and lofexidine.
