Whole-Person Care and Treatment Access

Through PORCH, clients can access the full range of ATS services, including outpatient programs, residential treatment, and telehealth. Care integrates evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, trauma-related counseling, relapse prevention, and twelve-step facilitation. Medications for addiction treatment (MAT), including buprenorphine and naltrexone, are available onsite, alongside options for alcohol use disorder. This integration allows people to receive both mental health and substance use care in one coordinated system.

Real-World Support for Stability

Recovery goes beyond clinical treatment, and PORCH prioritizes practical supports that make daily life more manageable. Services include case management, suicide prevention, mentoring, recovery coaching, and ongoing aftercare. Staff also connect clients to housing and transportation assistance, vocational and educational support, employment counseling, and social skills development. Health education on HIV, hepatitis, and overdose prevention with naloxone is built into programming, helping clients strengthen safety and long-term wellness.
