Is EOSIS the right fit for you?

EOSIS offers a full continuum of substance use and co-occurring mental health care. Treatment commonly includes medication-assisted treatment (MAT), individualized treatment planning and case management, relapse prevention, educational workshops, care coordination, and a virtual intensive outpatient (IOP) option.

EOSIS may be a good fit if you…

• Need a full continuum of substance use care, including medically monitored detox with medication-assisted treatment (MAT), plus step-down options
• Want licensed co-occurring treatment, so substance use and mental health needs can be addressed at the same time
• Prefer structured, evidence-based approaches
• Would benefit from population-specific support, such as programming for LGBTQIA+ clients, professionals, or justice-involved individuals
• Value family education and support as part of your recovery process 

EOSIS may not be a good fit if you…

• Need emergency medical or psychiatric stabilization
• Are looking for an adolescent/youth program
• Prefer a low-structure, self-directed approach
• Aren’t open to therapy and medication management (when clinically appropriate)
• Need care outside of Minnesota

A smaller number of reviews raise concerns about phone responsiveness and occasional issues with staffing and follow-through.

How Much Does EOSIS Cost?

Your cost depends on your insurance benefits, level of care, and length of treatment. EOSIS is in network with many major insurers (varies by location). Most people pay far less than the posted “sticker price” once insurance is applied. 

Call your plan and the facility to confirm in-network status and any prior authorization, and request a written estimate before admission. If you’re paying out of pocket, self-pay is available.
