Rural Women-Only Campus With On-Site Living and Wellness Space

EOSIS Meadow Creek is a women’s residential treatment center set on a peaceful campus surrounded by fields and forest. Clients live on-site in shared rooms and follow a structured daily schedule that balances counseling with recovery-focused downtime. Amenities support routine and wellness, including prepared meals with dietary accommodations, on-site laundry, TVs in common areas, outdoor space and walking trails, and an indoor exercise room. Recreation therapy includes activities like walks, crafts, basketball, volleyball, badminton, campfires, and group games.

Integrated Care for Substance Use and Co-Occurring Mental Health Needs

The program treats substance use and co-occurring mental health needs within one coordinated plan. Clients meet individually with both an addiction counselor and a mental health counselor, with medical care and mental health services available on-site. Treatment teams meet regularly to review progress and adjust plans, with day-to-day communication among staff to support clinical milestones and goals.

Step-Down Residential Programming With Evidence-Based Groups

Meadow Creek offers two levels of residential intensity, with a higher-intensity track and a lower-intensity track to support step-down care while staying in the same setting. Programming includes individual counseling and group counseling using approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, relapse prevention, and 12-step facilitation. Group topics include life skills, mental health education, substance use disorder education, primary groups, and women’s empowerment.

Medical Support, Withdrawal Management, and Practical Next-Step Planning

Medical services include withdrawal management (detox) support to ease withdrawal discomfort and cravings. The program supports medications for addiction treatment (MAT) for clients who arrive with an existing provider and a stable regimen. For clients who need closer medical attention, detox services occur at an EOSIS Gateway Recovery center as part of the intake plan. Meadow Creek also provides concrete transition support, including coordination with outside professionals, help pursuing education goals like a GED or college registration, and options to support parenting and family connection through facilitated visits or virtual meetings. Discharge planning connects clients with continuing care and community resources after residential treatment.
