Programming is grounded in trauma-informed principles and delivered in a gender-specific, peer-supported setting.

Karen’s House specializes in serving pregnant and postpartum women, offering care that integrates recovery with parenting needs. Residents receive trauma-informed therapy alongside discharge planning that supports housing, family reunification, and ongoing mental health treatment. Transportation to medical, CPS, and legal appointments is provided to reduce logistical barriers to care.
