Focused Care for Women with Family Support
Treatment is designed exclusively for women, providing a safe, supportive space to address substance use, trauma, and emotional healing. This focused environment encourages deep connection, sisterhood, and personal growth. Adapted care for female veterans is provided, and family involvement is an integral part of the process. Through educational workshops, family therapy, and the on-campus Family Wellness Weekend, loved ones gain tools to support recovery and rebuild trust.
Mothers Program for Pregnant and Postpartum Women
A specialized program is offered for pregnant and postpartum women. Pregnant clients receive prenatal care, nutritional guidance, relaxation therapy, and education on childbirth and infant care. The program uses tools like RealCare baby dolls and offers Lamaze and smoking cessation classes. Postpartum mothers are encouraged to bond with their babies through visits and workshops, while also receiving support for postpartum depression. Parenting classes, job training, and life-skills education help women rebuild stable, healthy lives.
Holistic and Recreational Therapies with Spiritual Electives
Along with evidence-based therapy, the center offers holistic wellness amenities and recreational therapies to support mind-body healing. These include a gym, walking trails, a Serenity Room for yoga and meditation, and a massage therapy space. Clients participate in wellness electives such as personal training, cardio, and yoga. Recreational options include hiking, fishing, zip lining, swimming, and games. Spiritual electives are offered to complement the program with scripture reflection, prayer, and gratitude practices, providing opportunities for inner calm and personal growth rooted in Christian values.
Certified Peer Specialist Assigned to Each Client
Certified Peer Specialists play a vital role in care plans. These are women in long-term recovery who use their lived experience to guide, support, and inspire current clients, offering mentorship and accountability. Peer specialists assist clients in navigating daily challenges, building confidence, and staying motivated. Their presence creates a sense of connection and hope, showing that lasting recovery is possible and helping each woman along her healing process.
What Patients Are Saying
Many client reviews say the program saved their lives, helping them discover self-worth, faith, and sobriety. The consistent theme is that Serenity Hills provides a chance to start over, supported by a network of women who understand the journey.
