30-Acre Private Campus Designed for Recovery

Set on 30 wooded acres, the campus offers both seclusion and connection to nature. Clients can walk over a mile of dedicated hiking trails on site, helping reduce stress, support physical health, and provide quiet space for reflection. The facility also includes indoor recreation such as basketball and pickleball courts, a fitness center, a golf simulator, and a theater room, providing structured outlets for stress relief and routine-building. The facility’s design incorporates calming, professionally decorated interiors that help people feel at ease as they transition into care. An on-site executive chef prepares nutritious, gourmet meals served family-style, and clients and staff eat together daily, creating opportunities for connection.

Medically Supervised Detox and Flexible MAT Support

The facility offers on-site medical detox for substances including alcohol, opioids, benzodiazepines, and stimulants. Rushton supports medications for addiction treatment (MAT) with both buprenorphine and non-opioid options such as clonidine. Staff also coordinate with external prescribers when needed. This flexible, supervised approach allows clients to stabilize safely and begin treatment in a way that fits their medical and personal goals.

Integrated Mental Health and Recovery Programming

Treatment at Rushton incorporates evidence-based therapies, trauma-informed care, and 12-step facilitation. Mental and physical health assessments, substance use screenings, and tobacco cessation services are part of every client’s care. Rushton also offers co-occurring disorder treatment and continued support through discharge planning and follow-up, helping clients stay engaged with care after they leave.
