As part of RiverValley Behavioral Health, a nonprofit and state-designated community mental health system, the center offers 24-hour care for individuals navigating complex behavioral health challenges, including serious mental illness. While the Onyx Center itself does not provide detox or outpatient care, its connection to other RiverValley programs helps ensure a smoother transition for clients moving between levels of care.
