Residents commit to sobriety, attend daily counseling sessions and 12-step meetings, and live in a 24-hour supervised setting designed to promote accountability and structure. Most participants complete the program in about six months, with the first five months dedicated entirely to recovery.

Food, bedding, and toiletries are provided, and residents share responsibility for maintaining common areas. Smoking and vaping are allowed only in designated areas.
