Faith-Based Recovery for Men

Isaiah House – Men's Main is a non-profit, Christ-centered treatment center dedicated to helping men overcome substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Its faith-guided approach blends evidence-based therapies with spiritual support, emphasizing healing, accountability, and purpose. Through group and individual therapy, spiritual guidance, and daily structure, clients work to rebuild relationships, stability, and confidence in recovery.

Comprehensive Continuum of Care

The facility offers a full spectrum of care that adjusts as clients progress. High-intensity residential treatment provides up to 20 hours of group therapy each week, along with daily activities and individual sessions in a supportive, community setting. Lower-intensity residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), and outpatient programs continue clinical therapy and case management with increasing independence. Each phase promotes responsibility and relapse prevention while maintaining personalized attention and peer connection.

Education, Employment, and Housing Support

Isaiah House connects recovery to long-term stability through education and job readiness programs. Clients can pursue GED completion, college coursework, or vocational training with regional partners. Workforce development programs teach practical employment skills, while certified recovery housing and transitional living options offer structure and accountability beyond primary treatment, preparing clients for lasting independence and success.

Situated on 11 acres of countryside in Willisburg, Kentucky, the 36,000-square-foot main campus offers a peaceful environment conducive to growth and reflection.
