Flexible Outpatient Care Including Telehealth

The center offers individual and group outpatient treatment multiple times per week during flexible day and evening hours. Both regular outpatient care and an intensive outpatient program (IOP) are available in person and through telehealth. Medications for addiction treatment (MAT) appointments occur in person at the center, and sessions with the psychiatric team are provided virtually. Case management can also take place via telehealth if desired.

Readiness for Change Program

For clients whose needs do not require a full outpatient program, the center offers a Readiness to Change Program focused primarily on substance use awareness and education instead of intensive therapeutic care. The program emphasizes a space free of judgment where clients can receive information and support. Topics include recognizing the importance of accepting help, making positive changes, and building a solid foundation for a healthy life.

12-Step Facilitation and Peer Support

The program includes access to 12-step meetings, including Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and Narcotics Anonymous (NA), giving clients a structured recovery path to follow long-term. Peer support is provided by certified recovery specialists who mentor clients throughout their journey. Clients can be referred to social support and community services as needed.

Comprehensive Case Management

Care staff provide case management services adapted to individual needs. Clients work with a case manager one-on-one to develop a plan for obtaining resources including housing, continued medication access, and primary care services. Staff can also help clients determine eligibility and file paperwork for family medical leave and insurance as needed. For clients who take time off from employment to focus on their recovery, guidance is available to navigate the process of returning to work.
