Walk-in opioid treatment and same-day support

Walk-in options for the facility's opioid treatment program and office-based opioid treatment program begin at 7 a.m. Monday through Friday. Clients who arrive for intake can be seen and receive support services that day. Medications for addiction treatment (MAT) include methadone and buprenorphine. Same-day medication is availablein most opioid treatment program cases. Priority for admission may be provided to pregnant and parenting women, people who inject substances, and local residents.

Flexible outpatient treatment options

Intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) is intended to support clients who may need more support than standard outpatient care can provide, but do not need inpatient treatment. The program supports clients through three-hour group sessions three days per week and includes a structured curriculum and individual counseling. Standard outpatient care also includes individual and group counseling.

Integrated health and practical support

The facility also offers a perinatal program, infectious disease clinic, the PROMISE Program, and targeted care management. Additionally, recovery planning for substance use and mental health support may be available for co-occurring concerns. These services are intended to provide support for clients who may have pregnancy-related needs, infectious disease or mental health concerns, or challenges accessing community resources.

Adolescent and justice-involved programs

The RISE adolescent program offers support for at-risk youth. Additionally, the facility has a drug diversion program, a driving under the influence (DUI) treatment court program, and a First Stop DUI First Offender Program for clients who may have overlapping treatment and court or DUI requirements.
