Flexible Continuum of Outpatient Care
Programs are designed for people with busy lives who don’t need inpatient treatment, and for those stepping down from residential care into greater independence. Clients can step up or down through partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and regular outpatient programs as their needs evolve. They can live at home or in sober living arrangements and attend sessions during the day. PHP runs all day five days a week, IOP includes several weekly sessions, and regular outpatient care has the greatest flexibility of days and times.
Treatment for Serious Mental Health Concerns
Care is provided for a wide range of conditions. These include depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, schizophrenia, ADHD, borderline personality disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis, and suicidal ideation. Treatment is also provided for other trauma-related conditions. Along with targeted individual care, family education and therapy are also offered, aiming to help loved ones build a stable support system. Admissions are available 24/7.
Clinical and Holistic Mind-Body-Spirit Therapies
Proven clinical therapies like CBT, DBT, and trauma-focused EMDR are combined with holistic approaches like mindfulness, yoga, breathwork, and fitness. Red light therapy is available, designed to help ease depression and other symptoms. The center also offers genetic testing, which can help psychiatrists prescribe the medications most likely to work for individuals’ unique biochemistry. Energy-focused reiki is also an option to try.
Focused One-on-One Time
Clients participate in weekly individual counseling sessions to dive into their specific needs on a personal level. They also meet with psychiatric nurse practitioners who specialize in treating mental health conditions and can prescribe and manage medications. If one approach isn’t working, it can be adjusted until the care plan works well for each individual.
