Augustine Recovery Center offers a 90-day residential program tailored to adult men, with dedicated support for co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. The program integrates evidence-based modalities—including EMDR, internal family systems (IFS), neurofeedback, and 12-Step immersion—into a cohesive daily structure. Clients benefit from a 2-to-1 staff-to-client ratio and individualized care plans that prioritize trauma resolution and mental health stabilization.

Deep Family Engagement and Support

Family involvement is a core element of the Augustine model. The facility runs a structured 3-day Family Intensive every five weeks and offers weekly case management calls, plus ongoing therapy and educational support for loved ones. This commitment helps families repair relationships and build healthier dynamics that support long-term recovery post-treatment.

Nature-Based Healing and Holistic Therapies

Located on a coastal, nine-acre property, the setting itself plays a key therapeutic role. Clients engage in activities like equine-assisted therapy, animal-assisted therapy, art therapy, and hiking. Daily yoga, meditation, and whole-food-based meals prepared by an in-house chef support physical and emotional wellness. The program also includes experiential therapies, mindfulness practices, and access to outdoor lounges, gardens, and a fitness center.

Though the primary program is for adult men, Augustine Recovery Center welcomes adults of all ages and backgrounds with co-occurring disorders, trauma histories, or experiences of domestic or sexual abuse. The environment is structured and secure, with both private and shared accommodations and comprehensive daily support.
