The center provides residential care for men in a faith-guided environment on a walkable, college-style campus. The setting offers structure without feeling clinical, with outdoor spaces, shared living areas, and daily recreational activities that help clients settle into routines and build community.

Phase-Based Treatment

Clients move through a four-phase program that begins with assessment and medical stabilization. Each phase gradually introduces counseling, spiritual support, and skill-building activities. Individual and group sessions draw from approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and relapse-prevention work. Clients also attend 12-step meetings and have access to chaplaincy services as part of care.

Community and Peer Support

Peer support is central to the center’s model. Clients learn from others at similar stages, participate in group classes, and meet in communal spaces that encourage connection. Movement across campus, scheduled groups, and outdoor activities help create a steady rhythm that can make early recovery more manageable for people seeking stability after periods of chaos or isolation.

Life Skills, Education, and Workforce Pathways

A distinguishing feature of the center is its focus on vocational development. Clients participate in life skills training, educational workshops, and job-readiness programs designed to support financial stability and long-term independence. Workforce opportunities are integrated into later stages of care. This helps clients transition back into work and community life with clearer goals and practical tools.

Aftercare Planning

As clients progress, they work with staff to plan next steps, which may include intensive outpatient care (IOP), community-based support programs, or sober living, available within the broader ARC network. The center also offers transportation assistance, case management, spiritual life options, and continued peer support to help men maintain momentum as they move toward independent living.
