Designed for those transitioning from detox, hospitalization, or struggling with outpatient care, the program offers structured support in a clinically focused setting that helps clients work toward independent, recovery-oriented living. Backed by a full outpatient network and broad insurance acceptance, River House provides care designed to help clients stabilize, connect, and transition smoothly into long-term recovery.

This makes it an ideal fit for individuals who need long-term continuity after residential treatment, particularly those managing psychiatric medications or receiving medications for addiction treatment (MAT).
Supportive Admission Criteria and Medication Access
The facility accepts clients who are medically stable and willing to engage in treatment, including those currently on medication-assisted treatment (MAT). The program is compatible with medications like buprenorphine, methadone, and naltrexone—an important option for people who’ve struggled with opioid use and benefit from medication-supported recovery.
