River House is embedded within Square Medical Group’s larger behavioral health system. Clients can seamlessly step down into outpatient options—all without leaving the provider network. This makes it an ideal fit for individuals who need long-term continuity after residential treatment, particularly those managing psychiatric medications or receiving medications for addiction treatment (MAT).

Supportive Admission Criteria and Medication Access

The facility accepts clients who are medically stable and willing to engage in treatment, including those currently on medication-assisted treatment (MAT).
