Structured Transitional Living for Men

The home-like environment offers focused support for men in recovery. Residents live in fully furnished sober housing and participate in regular house meetings and life skills development. This includes local 12-step meetings.

Residential Detox and Outpatient Care

The program provides treatment services including medication-assisted detox, short-term inpatient care, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and day treatment. Clients can access outpatient medication-assisted treatment (MAT) when needed. Services are designed to support men with substance use disorders as well as co-occurring mental health conditions, chronic pain, or trauma histories.

Focused Employment Assistance

Employment support is central to the Millcreek House experience. Residents are referred to local workforce services and are encouraged to pursue job training and build sustainable employment. The facility’s location near public transit makes it easier for residents to get to work sites and reengage with the community. Many clients build lasting friendships and professional connections that continue after treatment.
