Turning Point Centers – Dimple Dell provides residential treatment for adults who need structured, onsite care for substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns. Clients remain at the facility and receive around-the-clock medical and clinical support. Treatment is physician-directed and typically includes several hours of group therapy along with weekly individual therapy sessions, with an emphasis on building practical coping tools and stability during a higher level of care.

Co-Occurring Focus With Medication Support When Appropriate

The program supports adults managing addiction alongside mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma- and stress-related concerns (including PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder, and personality disorders. The facility also supports autism spectrum disorder and mild learning disorders, as well as higher-acuity needs such as suicidal ideation, schizoaffective disorder, or active psychosis on a case-by-case basis. Medication support may be part of treatment, including medications for addiction treatment (MAT) and medications for mental health conditions.

Skills, Family Involvement, and Real-World Recovery Support

Treatment goes beyond symptom stabilization to focus on day-to-day skills that can make returning home more manageable. Programming covers relapse prevention, recovery management planning, emotional regulation, healthy boundaries, conflict resolution, and processing stressors in a psychotherapy process group. Family counseling and marital/couples counseling are available, with an emphasis on communication and healthier relationship patterns. Recovery support services feature case management, peer support/mentoring or a recovery coach, help connecting to social services, employment counseling or training, and housing services, along with discharge planning and ongoing follow-up after discharge. Naloxone and overdose education are included as part of transitional support.
