Gender-Specific Residential Care

The center provides around-the-clock care for adults working to overcome substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges. The men’s and women’s programs are separate, creating environments where clients feel safe, supported, and understood. The women’s program offers specialized support for pregnant or parenting women, helping them strengthen family relationships while addressing recovery goals. The men’s program provides structure, accountability, and a therapeutic peer community. Both programs combine counseling, daily routines, and life skills development.

Evidence-Based Therapies and MAT

Treatment integrates evidence-based therapies proven to support long-term success. Clients participate in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, relapse prevention, trauma-related counseling, and 12-step facilitation to build resilience and coping strategies. The facility also incorporates medications for addiction treatment (MAT) when needed to ease withdrawal symptoms and reduce cravings. Whether prescribed on-site or managed externally, MAT is combined with counseling and education to reinforce long-term recovery.

Skill Building for Life After Treatment

Life skills training covers daily living, communication, and stress management, while employment counseling helps clients rebuild confidence in professional settings. These programs, along with individual, group, and family therapies, are designed to prepare clients for real-world reintegration, ensuring each person leaves with concrete skills, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose.

The program offers integrated support designed to meet a wide range of needs. Clients receive health education, HIV and hepatitis screening, and smoking cessation support. Aftercare and outcome follow-ups connect clients with community resources, housing services, and employment assistance to promote lasting stability. Practical supports like transportation assistance and a sliding fee scale ensure treatment remains accessible.
