Structured, 24/7 Residential Routine

Residential care provides 24/7 staff support in a structured setting designed to help clients stabilize and rebuild daily habits. Days follow a consistent routine that includes clinical groups, therapy, peer support, life-skills classes, meals, meetings, and evening reflection. Clients receive individualized treatment planning, case management, and ongoing recovery programming, with clear expectations about what each day looks like throughout the stay.

Detox and Medication Support in One Continuum

The program offers residential withdrawal management (detox) and medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD), with options that include buprenorphine-based medications and naltrexone, plus coordination with methadone when clinically appropriate. On arrival, clients complete a medical evaluation and receive close monitoring during medication initiation and stabilization. Ongoing education covers how medications work, side effects, and how to continue medication support after discharge, with medication services integrated into the broader treatment plan.

Walk-In Outpatient Access and Ongoing Care

Outpatient services are available in Winchester and Lexington, including an intensive outpatient program (IOP) and standard outpatient care, along with ongoing medication services. New clients can start through walk-in access daily at both outpatient locations. Transportation assistance supports attendance and continuity for clients who need reliable access to appointments and ongoing care.

Practical Support and Comfortable On-Site Amenities

Beyond core treatment, services include discharge planning, aftercare/continuing care, naloxone and overdose education, and outcome follow-up after discharge. Recovery resources such as mentoring and peer support, housing services, social services support, and employment counseling or training help clients plan for life after treatment. Residential amenities, such as private rooms, laundry access, and comfortable shared spaces like a relaxation lounge and kitchenette, support a stable day-to-day environment during treatment, and the program provides access to clean clothing and essential hygiene items throughout the stay.
