  • Holistic practitioners: These include yoga and reiki instructors, along with other experiential therapy leaders.

Typical schedule

  • Morning: Clients participate in meditation or mindfulness, yoga, and morning therapy groups.
  • Daytime programming: Daytime schedules vary based on clients’ individual care plans, and can include a mix of individual therapy, education, group therapy, trauma groups, and art or music therapy.
  • Evenings: Clients have free time for reflection and relaxation. After the first week, personal laptops and smartphones are allowed after clinical hours.
  • Weekends: Clients can receive visits from loved ones and participate in family therapy.

  • Rural, nature-filled campus: The facility is located on a 200-acre property with an 18-hole golf course, ponds, and walking trails.
