BestCare Treatment Services - SUD Redmond Residential provides residential, 24-hour substance use treatment with withdrawal management (detox) available on-site. Care is built to address alcohol and drug use alongside co-occurring mental health concerns during the same stay, helping clients avoid fragmented care when both needs are present.
Motivational Interviewing-Based Therapy and Support
Motivational interviewing is the cornerstone counseling approach, with a focus on collaborative conversations that strengthen personal motivation and follow-through. Services include individual counseling, group counseling, and family counseling, along with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-related counseling, anger management, relapse prevention, and substance use disorder education. 12-step facilitation is also part of the program’s recovery framework.
Medication Support and Practical, Whole-Person Services
Clients have access to medications for addiction treatment (MAT), including options used for opioid and alcohol use disorders, and the program also accepts clients who receive these medications through an outside prescriber. Medical and psychiatric support is available, along with case management, tobacco cessation counseling, and services for gambling disorder and other addiction-related concerns. Spanish and sign language services for people who are deaf or hard of hearing support communication needs.
Outdoor Setting and Step-Down Support After Residential
The campus includes access to nature, with gardens and walking paths that offer a calm place to reset between sessions. Wellness options such as yoga, mindfulness practices, and acupuncture complement core counseling and clinical support, alongside healthy nutrition. After residential care, BestCare provides intensive outpatient (IOP) treatment as a step-down option, with discharge planning and continuing care that includes peer connection, recovery coaching, overdose education with naloxone, and follow-up after discharge. Transportation assistance and a sliding fee scale help make ongoing engagement more realistic.
