Women-Centered Residential Treatment

The program offers a safe, comfortable environment for women facing substance use disorders to live and recover with peers facing the same challenges and milestones. Dedicated care is provided for pregnant clients. The program is designed to support women not only in achieving recovery, but also in building life skills and restoring family stability.

Specialized Support for Pregnant and Postpartum Women

Clients receive tailored education around parenting, breastfeeding, nutrition, safe infant sleep, and shopping for babies and young children. This approach addresses the specific challenges that pregnant and postpartum women face in recovery, with an emphasis on preventing intergenerational cycles of addiction and promoting healthier family systems. Residential beds for clients' children are available, allowing some mothers to remain with their children during treatment.

Medications for Addiction Treatment (MAT)

The program offers medications for addiction treatment (MAT), including buprenorphine and naltrexone, to support recovery from opioid and alcohol use disorders. MAT can be prescribed on-site or coordinated with external providers, allowing flexibility based on each client’s needs. These medications are paired with counseling and evidence-based behavioral therapies to promote long-term stability and help prevent relapse. Treatment is also provided for women with co-occurring mental health conditions.

Recovery with Dignity and Community

The program emphasizes resilience, unconditional positive regard, and peer support. Women build social connections through mentoring, self-help groups, and community-based recovery activities. Services are offered in a calm and nurturing environment designed to reduce stigma and empower clients to reclaim their roles as confident caregivers.

Access and Affordability

Reddy House is committed to making care accessible, especially for women who face financial or logistical barriers to treatment. The program offers a sliding fee scale based on income and family size, ensuring that cost does not prevent someone from getting help. Women can also access services through other funding sources, and no one is turned away for inability to pay. Case managers assist with connecting clients to essential resources like housing support, public benefits, and employment services.
