Achieve Wellness and Recovery offers partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and standard outpatient programs. Clients can choose from day or evening sessions, making care accessible for those with work, school, or family responsibilities. For individuals who need detox, staff help coordinate placement with trusted offsite providers before transitioning into structured outpatient treatment.

Dual Focus on Substance Use and Mental Health

The facility treats both substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Services include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed counseling. Group therapy is central to programming, supported by individual and family counseling. This integrated approach helps clients address the full spectrum of challenges in recovery.

Therapies and Holistic Options

Medications for addiction treatment (MAT), such as buprenorphine and naltrexone, are available to support recovery from opioid and alcohol use. These medical services are combined with therapy and, when needed, medication management for mental health conditions. Holistic and experiential options like art therapy, yoga, adventure-based activities, alongside relaxation practices, offer clients additional tools to build resilience. Life skills education supports practical growth, helping clients apply recovery strategies in everyday life.

Community and Long-Term Support

Achieve emphasizes lasting recovery by connecting clients with peer support, sober living, and mentoring. Recovery planning includes relapse prevention education and coordinated aftercare. Alumni can take part in group meetings, social activities, and community events, fostering ongoing connection and accountability.
