The facility follows a "whole-person" model and provides care from physicians, psychiatrists, licensed social workers, mental health clinicians, credentialed alcoholism and substance abuse counselors (CASACs), care coordinators, and peer support advocates. This is advantageous to clients looking to manage their substance use, physical health, and mental health within the same system.

Outpatient services are available Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) goes from 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekdays. Clients receiving medications also have access to counseling and behavioral therapies.

They can take part in evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and relapse prevention combined with trauma-related counseling, Matrix Model programming, family counseling, and the 12-Step program.
Recovery support beyond counseling
Services are available to support practical recovery needs. These include health education, case management, assistance obtaining social services and community resources, peer mentoring, discharge planning, aftercare, and naloxone education.
