Integrated Treatment for Co-Occurring Disorders
Care addresses substance use alongside mental health conditions. Clients start with comprehensive assessments that shape the treatment plan. Services include individual, group, and family counseling, using approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, trauma-related counseling, relapse prevention, substance use counseling, and 12-step facilitation. The program also offers a Christian recovery track for clients who want faith-centered support.
Withdrawal Management and Medication Support
The center provides medically supervised withdrawal management (detox) for alcohol and other drugs, including opioids, benzodiazepines, and methamphetamines, with clinical monitoring and medication support during withdrawal. Blackberry Center provides medications for addiction treatment (MAT), including buprenorphine and naltrexone, and accepts clients who arrive on MAT prescribed elsewhere. Psychiatric medication support is also part of care when clinically appropriate.
Practical Amenities, PHP Step-Down, and Ongoing Connection
Clients have access to shared rooms, communal dining with meals served on site, indoor lounges and common areas, and on-site laundry. Partial hospitalization (PHP) offers a step-down option for people transitioning from inpatient care or seeking intensive daytime treatment while living at home. Discharge planning and aftercare support help clients plan next steps, and alumni groups offer continued connection after treatment. Transportation assistance is available.
