Observation & Assessment Unit (O&A)
- 23-hour voluntary stabilization program
- Designed for individuals who are highly intoxicated or in crisis
- Provides:
- Immediate intervention & assessment
- Medical & psychiatric support
- Referral to detox or mental health programs
- Amenities:
- Hygiene kits, showers, laundry facilities
- Leisure time & smoking breaks
Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU)
- Short-term crisis care for mental health emergencies
- Clients must be:
- Voluntarily seeking care
- Cleared through risk assessments
- Goal: Immediate stabilization and referral to appropriate care
Living Room Program
- Peer-led mental health support space
- Non-clinical crisis intervention
- Focus on recovery coaching and social support
