For those who need a structured start, the facility provides medically supervised detox, then leads clients through their next step, whether inpatient or outpatient. Programs can also begin in outpatient and step up if needed. For stimulant use, clients progress through a path of detox followed by either a residential stay that typically lasts 30-90 days, or an outpatient program that consists of 10-12 hours of care per week.

Evidence-Based Approach Gets to the Root of Addiction

Treatment relies on therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), with group and family sessions available. CBT is used to help those struggling with meth and anxiety or depression, while DBT helps clients process tough emotions and overwhelming stress. Programs also use practical approaches such as motivational interviewing and contingency management, alongside counseling and group meetings.

Carrying Peer and Practical Support Beyond Treatment

Building a concrete plan helps alumni continue therapy, access community groups, and keep structure in place. Support groups such as AA, NA, and SMART Recovery are available to keep accountability, while re-entry support helps alumni find employment and return to daily life.
