MAT Program For Opioid And Alcohol Use

Clients can receive comprehensive assessments, complete medical histories, and medication for mental health conditions that may influence substance use. Treatment is available for co-occurring disorders, gambling disorder, and anger concerns, along with services tailored for young adults, older adults, men, women, and pregnant or postpartum women. Health, Safety, And Harm Reduction Services

Medical care and harm reduction services are integrated throughout treatment. Clients have access to HIV, hepatitis B and C, STD, TB, and metabolic syndrome testing, as well as medications for HIV and hepatitis C treatment. Overdose education, including naloxone guidance, helps reduce immediate risks. Tobacco cessation counseling, nicotine replacement, and non-nicotine medication options are provided for clients who want to reduce or stop tobacco use during treatment.

Case Management and Practical Support

The program offers services aimed at removing barriers that can interrupt treatment or make recovery harder. Case management helps clients navigate benefits, employment challenges, and health appointments. Housing services and assistance with obtaining social services is offered. Discharge planning, aftercare coordination, and outcome follow-up help clients transition into daily life with clear next steps.
