Residential treatment includes 24/7 care with structured daily schedules and intensive counseling. Services address relapse prevention, family dynamics, and trauma while fostering long-term recovery. For those needing flexibility, the eight-week intensive outpatient program offers day and evening sessions that combine individual, group, and family therapy. Aftercare and alumni support ensure clients stay connected following treatment.

Holistic and Evidence-Based Therapies

Treatment approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, 12-step facilitation, and trauma counseling. Complementary activities such as yoga, mindfulness, fitness programs, and nutrition education support physical and emotional wellness while addressing underlying conditions like anxiety, depression, and trauma.
