Community and Faith in Recovery

The center’s approach blends evidence-based treatment with spiritual and community-based support. In this environment, recovery is not just about stopping substance use, but about rebuilding purpose and connection. Faith-based support groups and 12-step education are available for those seeking a spiritual path, while transportation and housing assistance ensure care remains accessible. Clients are encouraged to grow in responsibility and build community, with service programs reinforcing the value of giving back and staying engaged in recovery.

Step-Down Levels of Care

Multiple levels of care are offered to meet clients where they are in their recovery journey. Residential treatment provides 30–45 days of structured care, with group and individual counseling, relapse prevention education, and life-skills training. Outpatient and partial day programs, typically lasting 13–16 weeks, offer flexibility for clients balancing family or work responsibilities while receiving continued support. Transitional housing serves as a safe, substance-free environment where clients can build accountability and strengthen independent living skills. Clients stay in gender-specific facilities.

Support for Specialized Populations and Practical Services

The center serves adults and young adults of all backgrounds, with adapted care plans for veterans, active-duty service members, and justice-involved clients. Services extend to those managing trauma, mental health conditions, and chronic pain, as well as individuals living with HIV/AIDS. The center provides specialized care for pregnant and postpartum women and supports clients who have experienced intimate partner violence or sexual abuse. Vocational training, employment counseling, and help obtaining essential documents such as IDs, birth certificates, or social security cards give clients the tools to move forward.

Treatment Approaches and Continuing Care

Counseling services include individual, group, couples, and family sessions. Core approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and relapse prevention are complemented by 12-step facilitation and spiritual programming. Education on health topics such as HIV, hepatitis, and smoking cessation is also included. After treatment, recovery coaches, peer mentors, and self-help groups help clients sustain progress. Overdose prevention training, naloxone education, and follow-up contacts further ensure support continues after clients leave formal programs.
