SOZO Addiction Recovery Center focuses exclusively on adult men who want addiction treatment grounded in Christian values and 12-step recovery. Full Continuum With On-Campus Transitional Living

Care is offered across multiple levels, including residential treatment, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient services. A key differentiator is SOZO’s on-campus transitional housing, which allows clients to step down from higher levels of care while maintaining structure and connection to the recovery community. This continuity can be especially helpful for men returning to work or daily responsibilities while still needing consistent support.

Counseling, Life Skills, And Medication Support

SOZO provides individual, group, family, and couples counseling, along with education focused on relapse prevention, emotional regulation, and practical life skills. Services also include case management, mental health support, tobacco cessation, and help connecting to community resources. Medication options include naltrexone and other supportive medications when appropriate. Telehealth services are also available, offering added flexibility for clients.

Rural Campus Designed For Focus And Ongoing Support

Set on a country campus surrounded by nature, SOZO emphasizes routine and reduced distractions. Amenities include private rooms, indoor lounges, walking paths, gardens, a fitness center, and a basketball court. Beyond treatment, the center offers discharge planning, continuing care, peer support, employment assistance, housing and social services support, and overdose education. Transportation assistance is available to help reduce barriers to entering and continuing care.
