Addressing Each Facet of Life to Promote Recovery
Clients participate in therapies designed to build insight, improve emotional stability, and address underlying drivers of addiction through a mind, body, and spirit approach. Clinical services include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-informed counseling, family systems work, and psychiatric care.
Coordinated Outpatient Care
PHP and IOP programs offer varying degrees of treatment several days per week, combining psychoeducation, individual and family therapy, group sessions, and more. Clients can step down to sober and independent living through Arise, which offer recovery-focused housing with 12-Step participation, aftercare, community groups, and continued counseling to support stability, accountability, and daily living skills.
Building Community and Connection
Group therapy, 12-Step facilitation, and peer support help clients reduce isolation and build a reliable recovery network. Family programming offers educational workshops, webinars, and support groups for loved ones affected by substance use and mental health conditions, helping strengthen communication and relationships during and after treatment.
