A flexible outpatient treatment path
The facility offers a flexible step-down path that allows clients to move from PHP to IOP as their needs change. Individuals attending PHP can expect to attend sessions Monday through Friday for 20 treatment days before transitioning to IOP, where they will meet three days a week for eight weeks, or about 24 sessions.
Personalized care from a multidisciplinary team
Each client will work with a multidisciplinary team during their treatment. This team can include therapists, a psychiatrist, nurses, and behavioral health technicians for addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions. Clients develop a personalized treatment plan during an individual session with an assigned therapist. Care includes a combination of individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and medication management.
Multiple recovery pathways
Though the facility uses a 12-step model as a main component of treatment, they also offer SMART Recovery for individuals who prefer a different approach. Group sessions focus on skills like relapse prevention, setting boundaries, and understanding codependency. They also address cognitive distortions, goal setting, and real-world recovery challenges.
Virtual treatment with lived recovery experience
Clients who cannot regularly attend in-person treatment can participate in a HIPAA-compliant virtual IOP, which is led by a licensed clinical social worker for long-term recovery. The program includes individual therapy, process groups, relapse prevention, and support for navigating everyday recovery challenges.
