Who is this facility a good fit for?

  • Best fit if: Adults seeking treatment for both substance use and mental health concerns; individuals stepping down from residential or inpatient treatment who still need structured support; people who need intensive treatment while managing life responsibilities; clients interested in trauma-informed care that addresses underlying emotional issues; individuals seeking medication support alongside therapy; adults who value flexible scheduling and attendance options.

  • Not a fit if: Individuals who need medical detoxification, 24-hour supervision, or residential treatment; people seeking a highly structured live-in recovery environment; adolescents looking for age-specific programming; individuals who require sober living accommodations or on-site housing.

What to expect

Developing your care plan

  • Initial assessment: A free assessment is conducted by the clinical director and findings are used to tailor treatment recommendations.
  • Individualized treatment plan: A personalized care plan that fits the flexibility and changing needs of the client is established and evolves as they progress through treatment.

Who you will meet with

  • Individual therapist: Clients meet with an individual therapist for weekly one-on-one sessions. This therapist is the primary clinician that helps to direct treatment goals and monitor progress.
  • Psychiatrist or nurse practitioner: Medication evaluation and management is available to support both mental health and substance use recovery needs. Group therapy: Licensed therapists lead daily treatment groups, which provide a mix of independent and peer-based recovery work.

Typical schedule

  • Program schedule: Day programming is available Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m.-12 p.m., with evening programming available Tuesday and Thursday from 5-8 p.m. The three-hour sessions involve a mix of group therapy and individual support. Most clients attend three treatment days per week, with options to participate four to five days weekly.
  • Evidence-based therapy: Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), relapse prevention counseling, family therapy, and couples counseling are some of the evidence based therapies used to help with recovery.
  • Holistic therapy: Art therapy, meditation, mindfulness, yoga, nutrition counseling, and equine therapy are available as well to help clients develop in a whole-wellness capacity.

Aftercare

  • Aftercare support: Individuals can continue to participate in meetings as a means to continue recovery after treatment.
  • Relapse prevention: Relapse prevention counseling is integrated as a part of regular treatment helping clients work ahead on these challenges before discharge.
