Flexible outpatient detox

Clients attend scheduled treatment visits and return home after each session. Morning, midday, and evening appointments are available, allowing clients to receive withdrawal management while maintaining their daily responsibilities. Most visits last about two hours. Prior to starting treatment, each person completes an in-depth assessment to determine whether outpatient detox is the appropriate level of care. If a client is found to need a higher level of support, they are referred to another program.

Daily medical and recovery support

In addition to a personalized detox medication plan, clients have access to daily nursing visits. These include vital sign monitoring and medication adjustments based on withdrawal symptoms. Clients also take part in daily meetings with a certified peer support specialist and weekly individual counseling with a substance use counselor.

Personalized detox planning

Care begins with an in-depth medical, psychiatric, and substance use assessment to create a personalized detox plan. During treatment, medications are adjusted based on each day's withdrawal symptoms and vital signs. Additionally, clients receiving their initial medication dose are monitored before returning home. This continues throughout the approximately 21-day treatment program.

Recovery planning and ongoing support

Regular case management is available to meet practical needs such as referrals to therapy, outpatient treatment, sober living, psychiatric care, medication management, and community support. The environment is intended to be warm and home-like, with calm spaces designed to make daily treatment more approachable.
